When we replace your roof, we tear off your exisintg shingles and felt, and will examine your deck boards before beginning with the new roof. If any boards look rotted or in rough shape, we will replace the sheet of plywood. We replace the first four sheets at no charge. There is a small fee for each extra deck board if needed.
