To determine the cost to install replacement windows, we need to know several things about your home and the current windows, and you'll have to made a few decisions as to the type of window, the quality, and the accessories.

At your in-home consulation, we'll examine the wood surrounding your window, to make sure nothing rotted needs to be replaced.  We'll look at the current window material, wood, vinyl, or aluminum, as this affects the cost of labor for replacing the window.  Some are much more difficult to remove.

The size of the window plays a large factor as well.  Windows sizes are measured in United Inches, or UI.  This is the height of the window, plus the width of the window.  Windows are measured from inside trim to to inside trim.

For the cost of the new window, you can choose between different levels of energy efficiency.  Different gas types, the amount of Low-E, the make-up of the frame, and the number of panes will all affect the price of the windows.
