During the initial sign-up process, your representative made numerous trips to our house, to first introduce the vinyl siding to me, and then to my husband. He worked around our especially hectic schedule in a professional and patient manner. Once we made the decision to go with DreamHome, we were given the initial install date. We were thrilled that DreamHome was very punctual and accurate in their estimation of the start date. Best of all, DreamHome worked closely with the people installing our front door, so the door people were finishing just as the siding installers were ready to begin work. It was like clock-work.

The craftsmen who installed our siding were meticulous craftsmen, who took pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and took care to clean up the debris each day. I was especially impressed with the way they did the finishing work over the entire house. An example of this was the door trimming which took a couple of hours to complete, but looks absolutely perfect. I was also pleased with he patience that the people at the office, the crew chief, and the installers had when we became ambivalent about whether we had chosen the right color for the shutters. They took the siding and door, and chose the color that we really wanted. To us, this was just another example of their professional manner and attention to detail to make sure that we were satisfied with the outcome.

We were dreading the installation of replacement siding, and put off the decision to have it done for several years, but with DreamHome, they made the process very painless. They were professional in their manner, and their craftsmen were superb with their workmanship. We could not have asked for a better experience.
