From the outset everything went smoothly.  Your initial presentation about the company and its products was very comprehensive.  It enabled us to compare the merits of the various products form different manufactures.  In convinced us that DreamHome's approach to replacement windows had been carefully thought out, and offered the homeowners a variety of options that could be tailored to our own needs and means.  In particular your standing in the business allowed you to suggest various ways of financing the project.

Within a shirt while, your representative had sized all thirteen windows, your administrative group had arranged financing, and we were ale to look forward to a speedy date for the installation. 

We would like to express special appreciation for your two installers.  It was a very cold day, but they worked diligently on replacing all the windows, finishing b mid afternoon.  They didd not take any breaks and after they had finished, spend considerable time checking that every window had been properly installed and weather proofed.  A very professional job. 

Now that we're experiencing some very cold weather, we are realizing what an excellent decision it was to replace the original metal-framed windows.  And to go with Dream Home Remodeling.  Certainly feels much more comfortable in the house.
