This company was very quick to come out and speak with us and gave us an estimate to do multiple items for our roof. Don't be fooled by their nice presentation and fast talking. USAA came out and said we did NOT need all of the things they gave us the estimate for and told us to do everything should be a little over 1K. We called them back and said we only wanted to get the one item done. They came and did the one item and still charges us close to 3K. When asked about the price because they NEVER separated the items, they stated that over 2K was for labor!!! The workers were here for less than an hour!!! They only reduced our bill by $150 form the original estimate and we had to pay it out of pocket!!! We will never use or recommend them. The estimate should have been separated to show the cost for each item. This was NOT worth that price and we will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
