The single biggest pricing factor. Treatment is applied per square foot of roof surface, not home footprint. A 2,000 sf home with a complex roof can have 2,800+ sf of actual surface area depending on pitch.
Roof Pitch & Complexity

Roof Maxx works on asphalt shingles only — including 3-tab shingles, architectural shingles, and dimensional shingles. It does not work on metal roofing, tile, slate, wood shake, or flat/low-slope roofing systems. If you're unsure what type of shingles you have, our inspection technician can identify them on-site.
