Kevin Butler has been in the roofing industry since 2003 — and his education didn't start in a classroom. He began his career traveling the country on storm damage projects, working hail and wind events from Texas to the Midwest to the East Coast. He's seen what happens when a roof fails from the inside out, and more importantly, he learned to read the signs before it does.
He joined DreamHome Remodeling in 2005 and worked his way through every role in the company — sales, inspections, project management, production, and operations. By the time he became a managing partner in 2020, there wasn't a single part of the business he hadn't run. His experience spans roof repair, replacement, Roof Maxx rejuvenation, storm restoration, insurance claims, windows, siding, and gutters.

Outside of work, Kevin lives in Northern Virginia with his wife of 14 years and their two sons. He prioritizes faith, family, and fitness — staying active through daily exercise and spending weekends on the baseball and soccer fields with his kids. His approach to business is an extension of who he is: service-first, no shortcuts, and always doing right by the homeowner in front of him.

HAAG certified and deeply experienced in insurance claims. Kevin led DreamHome's storm restoration division and knows how to document damage and advocate for homeowners through the claims process.
